How can I make sure I receive my Yacapaca password and updates?

It is essential that we are able to contact you by email to send your password and essential service updates. However, in an internet awash with spam, these emails are increasingly gtting blocked by whitelists and other filters. This results in a lot of frustration all round.

To make sure you are able to receive Yacapaca emails, please follow the instruction that refers to your email provider from the list below.

Hotmail

  1. Click on the "Options" link in the top right corner of your inbox page.
  1. Choose the "Junk E-Mail Protection" mail option that comes first.
  1. Choose the "Safe List" option.
  1. Enter "yacapaca.com" into the address box.
  1. Click on the Add button.


Yahoo! Mail

  1. In your Inbox page select Address tab (or Contacts folder in new Yahoo mail) and then click on the Add Contact button.
  1. Enter support@yacapaca.com into the E-mail field and noreply@yacapaca.com into the Alternate 1 field.
  1. Click on Save at the bottom (top in new Yahoo mail), then choose Done.


America Online (AOL)

  1. From your AOL Mailbox, select the Mail Tab menu, and then choose Address Book.
  1. Click on the Add icon at the bottom of the pop-up window.
  1. Put "support@yacapaca.com" to the "Other - Email" field.
  1. Repeat for noreply@yacapaca.com
  1. Choose the Primary E-mail box.


Microsoft Network

  1. Click on the Junk e-mail link at the bottom of the inbox page.
  1. From the Guard Settings links choose the third one Safe List
  1. In the pop-up window fill out the Email field with support@yacapaca.com
  1. Repeat for noreply@yacapaca.com
  1. Choose the Save option.


Microsoft Outlook

  1. Select Options from the Tools dropdown menu
  1. On the Preferences tab in the E-mail section click on the Junk E-mail button.
  1. Choose either Safe Senders or Safe Recipients tab.
  1. Select the Add button.
  1. In the pop-up window enter support@yacapaca.com to the address box and click on "Ok".
  1. Repeat for noreply@yacapaca.com


Other ISPs

  1. Save the addresses support@yacapaca.com and noreply@yacapaca.com in any address books and/or safe lists with your e-mail service provider.
  1. We would suggest that you check you spam, junk and blocked e-mail folders in case of any messages from Chalkface were mistakenly directed there.
  1. If all else fails, try using a different email address.
